When will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped through UPS & FedEx. Shipping time depends on your location. Generally, shipping takes about 3-6 business days.
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30-days of your purchase, you can return the product to us for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping. To return a product, first write to us to request a refund and then we will email you a return shipping label. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund minus the cost of the return shipping label.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We do ship to Canada. Each product has a specific shipping profile for Canadian customers.
Unfortunately, we do not currently sell in Canada, so shipping costs more.
Canadian customers are also responsible for Canadian customs and brokerage fees upon delivery.
